If you need to place an order, we prefer that this is done through your assigned sales representative. If you know your sales representatives extension number, please dial it. Our salesmen are instructed to check their voicemail 3 times per day. If you are unsure of who your assigned salesperson is and would like to speak with someone, please call during normal business hours, press zero and our receptionist will direct you.

All orders left on voicemail for next day delivery need to be communicated by 4:00 P.M.

After normal business hours, you can leave a message in our general mailbox and someone will get back to you.

To better serve you when calling us, it helps if you have your M.E. Fox & Company account number handy. We can also look up your account by account name or address.

When leaving a message on voicemail, thank you for speaking clearly and leaving a phone number where we can reach you. Often times we receive messages from customers that are not clear and without a return phone number or account number we have no way of getting back to them.

Please keep in mind that we prefer to make deliveries on your accounts assigned delivery day. If you need a special order and we are not able to get it to you, you are welcome to use our Will Call Pick Up Monday – Friday 8:30 A.M. to Noon. Call ahead and we will have it ready for you.
